How fast can I get one installed?

Do they come with a warranty?
Yes. We were the first company in Houston to offer a lifetime warranty, and we are still the only one that does. That lifetime cover is on the hardware. Screens and fabric are warrantied for 15 years and motors for 10 years, and wind ratings are available from 40 mph all the way past 156 mph.
Are they rated for Houston hurricanes?
Our standard motorized screen systems are wind rated, and an upgraded Hurricane Wind System is available on request with reinforced tracks and hardware rated from 75 mph up to 156+ mph. We will recommend the right system for your exposure, your location and your budget.
Will they actually keep the bugs out?
Yes. The screen runs in a track system with a weighted hem bar that seals the top, sides and bottom, so mosquitoes, gnats and wasps stay off the patio even with the screen fully extended.
How big can you go, and can you cover arches?
Screens are custom built for openings up to 30 feet wide and 20 feet tall. Arches, half rounds, A-frame patios, beams, odd gutter layouts and vaulted ceilings are all part of what we do. We are known for the custom patio shade work other companies turn down.
Can I control them from my phone?
Yes. Every system operates at the push of a button and can be run by handheld remote, a hard-wired wall switch, a smartphone app, or a smart-home integration with Amazon Alexa, Google Home and IFTTT. A smart hub is included free with purchase.
